Celebrating Brennan Underwood’s Promotion to Technical Advisor

We’re excited to announce that Brennan Underwood has been promoted to Technical Advisor in our Service Department.
Brennan joined Electro Freeze in March 2024 in the Front Panel area of our Assembly Department. His strong work ethic and commitment to learning quickly led him to the Machine Wiring area later that year, where he continued expanding his technical skills. In December 2024, Brennan transitioned into the Service Department as a Technical Parts Associate, supporting customers and Authorized Service Agents while building a strong foundation in Electro Freeze equipment and parts.
Now, as a Technical Advisor, Brennan will provide technical assistance to customers and service partners, helping troubleshoot equipment, answer technical questions, and deliver the responsive support that Electro Freeze is known for. Brennan’s promotion reflects his dedication, technical growth, and commitment to serving our customers. We look forward to seeing him continue to make a positive impact in his new role.
