Welcome to our new online payment portal, E-Bill Express. We’re excited to introduce a faster, easier way to pay your invoices.

Click on “Pay Invoice” to begin. Once your first payment is complete, you’ll be prompted to set up your account.


1. Making a One-Time or Initial Payment (No Login Required)

Tip: Have your customer account number, invoice number, and payment method ready before you begin.

To quickly make a payment without enrolling in the system:

  1. Go to the E-Bill Express payment page (via our website or the provided link).
  2. Enter your account number twice to confirm.
  3. Click ‘Pay Now’.
  4. Fill in the required fields, including the payment amount and Invoice Number.
  5. Add your payment method (bank account or credit card) and authorize the transaction.
  6. Review and confirm your payment by checking the Terms and Conditions box.
  7. Click ‘Make Payment’.
  8. Log out once your payment confirmation screen appears.


2. Enrolling in E-Bill Express

If you’d like to save your payment information, set up future payments, or manage your account online, you’ll need to enroll after your first payment:

  • Follow the one-time payment steps above.
  • After confirming your payment, click ‘Enroll With Your Current Information’.
  • Provide the requested details (login ID, password, security questions, etc.).
  • Review and accept the Terms of Service.
  • Finish enrollment and check your email for an activation message.
  • Click the ‘Activate’ link in the email to complete setup (you won’t be able to log in until this step is complete).

Reminder: Be sure to activate your account via the email link, or your login won’t work.


3. Setting Up Automatic Payments

  1. Log in with your E-Bill Express ID and password.
  2. Go to the ‘Automatic Payment’ tab.
  3. Click ‘Create New Recurring Payment’.
  4. Enter the required payment details and agree to the terms.
  5. Click ‘Agree and Submit’ to finalize.

Note: Your automatic payments will begin with your second bill. Please be sure to make your first payment manually.

Troubleshooting Your Account

Here are some common issues and how to resolve them:

Forgot Login ID
• On the Welcome page, click ‘Forgot Your Login ID’.
• Enter your account number and the email you used to enroll.
• Your login ID will be sent to your email.

Forgot / Reset Password
• On the Welcome page, click ‘Password Help?’.
• Enter your login ID and email.
• You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
• Follow the link to create a new password.

Locked Out
If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will lock. Click on ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of the Welcome page and request that your account be unlocked.
