On September 5, 2025, Electro Freeze® celebrated the retirement of Bob Sarazin, whose dedication and expertise have made a lasting impact in our machine shop for the past 12 years as CNC Operator. Bob has been an incredible resource, running CNCs, manual lathes, and the Bridgeports with precision and care.
Beyond his technical skills, Bob was willing to train others, contribute to engineering projects, and ensure that every product meets the highest standards. His hard work, commitment, and teamwork leave behind a strong example for all of us to follow.
We thank Bob for his years of service and wish him the very best in retirement. His presence will be deeply missed across the department and company.
On August 15, 2025, Electro Freeze® celebrated the retirement of Mike Chase, our Bill of Materials and Engineering Support Administrator.
Mike began his career with Electro Freeze® in 1983. Over the past 42 years, Mike has been an invaluable part of our team. His dedication, expertise, and commitment have left a lasting impact on our company.
We thank Mike for his many contributions and wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.

On June 30, 2025, Electro Freeze® proudly celebrated the retirement of Phil Menke, who concluded his tenure with the company as Materials Manager. Over the past 15 years, Phil’s dedication and leadership played a vital role in shaping the excellence of our machines. We are deeply grateful for his contributions, and we wish him all the best in retirement!
We had gift cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for our employee salsa-making competition.
Our employees take great pride in giving back to the community. They raised $847 for the Honor Flight of the Quad Cities! We couldn’t think of a more worthy non-profit. We have the best employees in the area!
These employees won a variety of raffle prizes during our inventory this year, including tool benches and Milwaukee drills.
Our employees gave more pints of blood than we committed to donate in this year’s blood drive, thanks to our amazing employees who stepped up to support our community!
