Electro Freeze® Employee Raffle Creates Real Impact for Local Animal Shelter

At Electro Freeze®, community matters both inside and outside our walls. This July, our team came together for a special employee raffle with a meaningful purpose. Employees had the chance to win four premium Cubs tickets, generously donated by Metals USA Flat Rolled Group, with all raffle proceeds benefiting the Quad Cities Animal Welfare Center (QCAWC).

Congratulations to Gage, one of our dedicated test line employees, who won the tickets to see the Cubs take on the Pirates at Wrigley Field this August!

We’re also excited about what the raffle gave our local community. Thanks to the generosity and participation of our employees, we raised $618 to support the QCAWC. In addition to delivering the donation in person, members of our team spent the afternoon volunteering at the shelter; offering companionship to the animals and seeing firsthand the impact of the QCAWC’s important work. The QCAWC’s mission is to care for homeless animals, provide affordable spay and neuter programs, and promote humane education. As the only full-service, no-kill shelter in the region, QCAWC relies solely on donations to continue its lifesaving work.
