Celebrating Growth: Jesse Kottra Promoted to Controls Engineering Technician
At Electro Freeze, investing in our people and supporting professional growth are part of who we are. That’s why we’re excited to announce the promotion of Jesse Kottra to Controls Engineering Technician within our Engineering department, effective June 15, 2026.
Jesse’s journey with Electro Freeze began in April 2021 when he joined the company as a temporary employee in machine wiring through Aerotek. Just a few months later, he became a full-time team member and transitioned into the Service department as a Technical Advisor. Since then, Jesse has consistently demonstrated a commitment to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Alongside his work at Electro Freeze, he earned his Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology from DeVry University and is currently continuing his education toward a Bachelor’s degree.
When asked what he’d like others to know about him, Jesse shared three meaningful things:
- He enjoys helping others.
- He works hard for his family.
- He appreciates the incredible people he has met and worked with during his time at H.C. Duke and looks forward to building even more relationships in the future.
Jesse’s dedication, technical expertise, and passion for helping others have made a lasting impact across our organization. His career path reflects the opportunities that come from embracing new challenges and pursuing continuous growth.
